Jeffrey A. Ishbia

I&G founder Jeffrey A. Ishbia specializes in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ishbia serves both domestic clients and international clients in Europe and Asia. Due to his experience and expertise, Mr. Ishbia is frequently appointed to arbitrate, serve as Special Master, or serve as Receiver of operating businesses.

Mr. Ishbia is the principal of various operating businesses and actively manages several, including enterprises in hospitality, auto, and financial sectors. Being personally involved in these diverse industries, as well as projects in commercial real estate, Mr. Ishbia is able to stay on top of developments in these areas and consistently hone his skills in a rapidly changing legal environment.

Mr. Ishbia has expert perspectives in business and transaction, as well as familiarity with financial institutions. He uses this industry knowledge to oversee much of the business litigation conducted at I&G. In addition, Mr. Ishbia’s strong trial experience provides him with the tools to develop strategies and identify relevant details during reviews of intricate legal circumstances.
